Executive & Leadership Coaching Engagements
A broader partnership for leaders carrying greater complexity.
Executive engagements are designed for senior and high-potential leaders whose development involves more than coaching conversations alone.
These engagements are often organization-sponsored and may support a leader through expanded responsibility, succession, organizational change, enterprise-level leadership, or another significant leadership moment.
The scope is customized around the leader and the organization's needs.
An executive engagement may include:
Strategically scheduled one-on-one coaching
Leadership assessment(s)
Sponsor or stakeholder alignment
Stakeholder interviews or feedback
Support during significant leadership transitions
Progress and priority recalibration
Additional access around high-stakes leadership moments
End-of-engagement reflection and sustainability planning
Not every engagement needs every component.
We build the scope around what will actually support the leader and the organization.
Investment: Customized based on scope
Executive engagements range from 6,500-15,000.

Individual Coaching Hours
Focused one-on-one coaching, without added components you may not need.
Individual Coaching Hours are for professionals and leaders who want dedicated coaching time around the issues that matter most to them.
Bring the conversation, decision, challenge, leadership situation, transition, or goal. We'll start there.
Individual coaching may focus on:

How it works
Purchase a defined number of coaching hours and schedule them at a cadence that supports your goals.
Some individual clients meet more frequently while actively working through a challenge or transition. Others prefer to space conversations farther apart.
Organizations can purchase buckets of hours to spread across teams or departments.
Coaching Hours include coaching. Assessments, sponsor alignment, and other development tools can be added separately when useful.
Investment: $250 per session for a minimum of 6 sessions; $300 for single sessions.
Which option is right for me?
Choose Individual Coaching Hours if:
You primarily want access to coaching. You don't need assessments, sponsor meetings, stakeholder feedback, or a broader development process built into the engagement (you can easily add these later if needed). You want flexibility around how many conversations you have and how frequently you meet.
Consider an Executive & Leadership Coaching Engagement if:
Your role carries significant organizational complexity or enterprise-level responsibility. The organization is sponsoring the work. Your development would benefit from assessments, stakeholder perspectives, sponsor alignment, transition support, or a more comprehensive engagement.

Additional Coaching Options
Dare to Lead™ Coaching
Continue putting courageous leadership into practice.
For participants who have completed a Dare to Lead™ program and want one-on-one support applying the work to real leadership situations.
You do not need to have completed your Dare to Lead™ program with Get Courageous Coaching.
Includes 8 monthly sessions of customized coaching sessions focused on your goals, challenges, and leadership context.
Coaching helps translate the concepts into behaviors, conversations, decisions, and everyday leadership practice.
Investment: $3,000
Coaching for Organizations
Flexible coaching access across your organization.
Organizations may want coaching support for multiple leaders without putting each person into a comprehensive executive coaching engagement.
We can create a coaching-hours arrangement that provides employees with confidential access to professional coaching while giving the organization predictable scope & cost. Available in packages of 12 to 100+ coaching hours.
This can work particularly well as:
Follow-up to leadership development programs
Support for emerging or high-potential leaders
Coaching following a workshop or assessment debrief
Short-term support during transitions
A development benefit available across a leadership population

Retirement Coaching
Planning for retirement involves more than finances.
