The Dare to Lead™ program is based on research from Brené Brown.

The most significant finding from Brené Brown's latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on building brave cultures, courageous leadership, and driving performance by:

  • Living into our Values: identify what you stand for and how to show up from a place of integrity every day.

  • Rumbling with Vulnerability: face risk, uncertainty, and tough conversations with courage, clarity, and empathy.

  • BRAVING Trust: build meaningful and authentic connections with your teams, colleagues and customers so you can work together from a foundation of trust.

  • Learning to Rise: become aware of your emotions and stories and learn how to show up and lead with courage… even when faced with failure, disappointment, and setbacks.

Participants will explore Dr. Brené Brown’s research, learn how to connect and navigate difficult conversations, and hold others accountable for success.

  • Daring Leadership Assessment; (Armored vs Daring Leadership & BRAVING Trust for intact teams)

  • Group Follow-up sessions

The 24-hour blended training workshop, led by Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Leslie Mizerak, will equip participants with language, tools, and exercises to put these four skills into immediate practice.

Extending the work beyond the training

Dare to Lead™ training is powerful. It creates shared language, awareness, and momentum.
Coaching is what helps that momentum turn into real, sustained change.

Dare to Lead™ coaching can be used after a training to deepen learning and support application, or in place of a formal training when organizations want a more personalized, ongoing approach.

After Dare to Lead™ Training

After training, leaders often leave inspired — only to return to fast-paced, complex environments where old habits can resurface.

Dare to Lead™ coaching supports leaders as they:

  • Apply the concepts to real, current challenges

  • Practice courageous conversations in real time

Dare to Lead™ Coaching Instead of Training

    Cadence: 3 instructional days plus two integration sessions over 3 weeks

    Cohort size: 6-12 people

    Dare to Lead™

    The full curriculum is delivered over the course of 4 instructional days (5 hours daily) over a 2-week period and 2 group integration sessions (90 minutes each) and 2 one-to-one coaching sessions. Join us for an immersive personal leadership experience.

    All instructional materials will be mailed to US participants.

    Cadence: 3 instructional days plus 2 group integration sessions

    Cohort size: up to 20 people

    The full curriculum is delivered over the course of 3 consecutive instructional days over a 2-week period and 2 group integration sessions and 2 one-to-one coaching sessions. Join us for a powerful & immersive personal leadership experience.
