Coachability is the growth mindset, combined with a desire to be more effective. Coachability essentially means a coachee is open and receptive to feedback from self and others; they will use that feedback for continued growth & improvement.

For the most part - Yes, especially if they are open to change, to hearing difficult feedback, to growing.
Some people find it more difficult to accept feedback or prefer to work on things on their own. Those folks may be less coachable.
